So this guy rocks up to Shul saying " I was selling Magazines in the area and saw the Synagogue, have not been inside one since I was a kid" He hooked himself up with Tefillin!

So this guy rocks up to Shul saying " I was selling Magazines in the area and saw the Synagogue, have not been inside one since I was a kid" He hooked himself up with Tefillin!

It seems that some of the people are wearing the shel rosh too low. While it is a great mitzvah to get people to put on tefillin, it would be a real loss if they don't fulfill the mitzvah and make a bracha levatala.
